Hello ! I am the owner of Azumino Fukuro(means Owl) Guest House.
I used to live in the city, but after having a child, I moved to Azumino. I am aiming for a life in which "working" and "living" are connected.
Azumino Fukuro Guest House is the place that made me think, "Let's live here and open a guest house!".We renovated a traditional private house and put tatami mats from Kumamoto on the beds where our guests sleep.
It is a comfortable house that has been made one by one with the idea that "If we live in Azumino, this kind of house is good." I think that's what makes guests feel comfortable.
A place where you can hear the chirping of insects and birds, the sounds of work in the fields and kitchens, and the sounds of "Hello there" and "Welcome back." I sincerely want to make the stay of the person who stays a good one. Welcome to our ordinary and special home !
